MS Dhoni Offered Sakshi a Spoonful of Ice Cream, Then Did Something Very 'Thala' at the Ambani Navratri Fair

MS Dhoni is famously calm on the cricket field, but a new clip from the Ambani family's Navratri celebrations in Jamnagar shows his playful side with wife Sakshi, and fans can't stop watching, ABP Live reports.

The ice-cream trick

In the video, Dhoni holds a cup of ice cream and looks ready to feed Sakshi a spoonful. But just as she leans in for a bite, he pulls the spoon back and eats it himself, according to ABP Live. Then he does it again, and Sakshi answers with a playful tap on his arm as the two share a laugh.

Aaj Tak describes the same moment: "Dhoni doesn't stop there. He tries to feed Sakshi the ice cream again and repeats the same prank. This time Sakshi doesn't stay quiet either" (translated from Hindi by House of Grey). Some social media users have jokingly started calling him a "professional ragebaiter," the outlet adds.

And yes, there's a happy ending. According to TV9 Hindi, Dhoni laughed after the prank, sweetly coaxed Sakshi, and then fed her the ice cream himself. (TV9 Hindi noted there was no official word on where the clip was filmed; ABP Live and Aaj Tak place it at the Ambani celebrations.)

The twist: fairground rides with Anant and Radhika

The ice cream was only one stop on a big night out. Dhoni and Sakshi joined Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant at the Ambani family's Navratri Mela at Reliance Township in Jamnagar on Oct. 18, India Today reports.

One video showed Dhoni on a fast-moving dragon boat ride alongside Anant and Radhika, swinging back and forth at speed. Dressed in a plain white shirt, he kept his trademark composed expression the whole time, India Today notes, and social media users said he looked like a student concentrating on the last bench. The group was reportedly still enjoying the rides around 2 a.m.

He did draw the line somewhere. In another clip, Anant appears to invite Dhoni onto a rotating cabin ride, and Dhoni seems to gesture that it might make him throw up, ABP Live reports.

India Today adds that a third video showed Dhoni mingling with the crowd, with Sakshi by his side.
