Megan Thee Stallion's 'Act III': Everything We Know So Far, Including the Houston Classic Behind Tina Snow's Return

Hotties, the next chapter is loading, and it started with a Houston classic.

Megan Thee Stallion is building toward her next album, Megan: Act III, which will round out the trilogy she started with Megan and Megan: Act II, Harper's Bazaar reports. There's no release date yet, according to HipHopWired and Rolling Stone. Here's everything we know so far.

The runway moment she called "so full circle"

First, the big night. Megan performed "Her," from Traumazine, and the triple-platinum single "Body," from Good News, as the last act of the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Sunday, Oct. 18, according to Harper's Bazaar. She closed out the show wearing a sharp silver pair of wings, Bazaar reports.

Her "Body" performance was also the lead-in to Kylie Jenner's walk in the $50 million Fantasy Bra, per Bazaar. (Catch up on Kylie's big moment here.)

It was a dream years in the making. Back in September, she told fans that becoming a Victoria's Secret Angel meant "MY DREAM HAS FINALLY COME TRUE!!!!" Harper's Bazaar reports. On the pink carpet, she told Scott Evans how it felt, according to Just Jared:

"This is so unreal. This is so full circle. I feel like everybody has seen that I've been tweeting about this since I was like 14," she said. She added, "I feel so grateful. I feel so much gratitude. I feel so blessed."

What we know about Act III

• It's the third part of a trilogy. Act III follows Megan and Megan: Act II, Harper's Bazaar reports.
• No release date yet. HipHopWired, Rolling Stone and RTTNews all say a date hasn't been announced. When Rolling Stone texted the phone number in her YouTube bio to ask, the reply was just a link to sign up for her marketing emails.
• It was supposed to be a summer album. "I was very sad because I came to the realization that I was not gonna drop a summer album," she told Marie Claire, as quoted by Rolling Stone. "I wanted to take my time and record and really write and figure it out."
• She's taking her time on the sound. HipHopWired says Megan has described experimenting with a new sound while she figures out exactly what she wants the album to be.
• Her last album did big numbers. Megan debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 in 2024, per RTTNews.

The twist: Tina Snow came home to Houston

Here's the detail fans keep talking about. On Sept. 29, Megan brought back her bold, confident alter ego Tina Snow with "Tina Tuesday Freestyle," and the beat is pure H-Town. The two-minute freestyle is recorded over a sample of "Still Tippin'" by Mike Jones, the legendary rapper who shares Megan's hometown of Houston, according to Harper's Bazaar.

HipHopWired calls "Still Tippin'" a song closely associated with Houston's hip-hop scene, and says the freestyle reflects Megan's Houston roots. Tina Snow first appeared on Megan's 2018 EP of the same name, HipHopWired notes, so for longtime fans this feels like a return to the Megan they first fell for.

The video keeps it simple: Megan raps in front of a black backdrop next to an orange lowrider, per HipHopWired. Rolling Stone calls the freestyle her first single of the year, unless you count her FIFA World Cup song "DNA (More Than a Game)" with Andrea Bocelli, and says it ushers in the Act III era.

Even her VS pink-carpet look was part of the story. Bazaar reports she arrived with long platinum blonde hair, a look it says was "no coincidence" given Tina Snow's return.

Wait, there's more Tina

"Tina Tuesday" may be turning into a series. Megan followed up with a second freestyle, "Is You Cool?", over production from Drumma Boy and Cassh Jay, with a video set in a snowy landscape, according to RTTNews.
