House of Grey News Desk

Every story on House of Grey carries the byline House of Grey News Desk.

The News Desk is a small team of celebrity fans who also happen to be careful reporters. We follow the stars, the romances, the red carpets, the music and the screen all day, and we get genuinely excited about it. What we never do is guess.

How the desk works

• Every fact is checked against its source. Each story links the reporting, official statements or the celebrity's own posts it is based on, inline and again in the Sources box at the end of the story.
• Quotes are exact. If a star said it, we quote it as the linked source reported it. We never invent quotes, numbers or people.
• Unconfirmed means unconfirmed. When a claim comes from an anonymous source in another outlet, we say so and attribute it.
• Credited photos only. We use Creative Commons photos (mostly from Wikimedia Commons), with the photographer and license named on every story, or official social media embeds.
• Updates are dated. When a story changes, it shows an "Updated" time at the top.

Language editions

House of Grey also publishes in Spanish, Portuguese and Hindi. Translated stories keep the same facts, the same sources and the same photo credits as the English original, and quotes are marked as translated from English.
