Twenty years of table flips, tearful confessions and reunion-couch showdowns, and now Andy Cohen is opening up the vault.
The Bravo boss is releasing Andy's Bravo Scrapbook: Twenty Years Behind the Scenes of the Real Housewives and the Bravoverse on Tuesday, Oct. 20, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first "Housewives" airing, Page Six reports. Page Six calls it a lushly illustrated look back at two decades of "Housewives" shenanigans, reunions and drama, with photos from Cohen's personal archive.
He kicked off launch week on TODAY on Monday, Oct. 19, talking about a book that TODAY says pulls back the curtain on nearly 20 years of the Bravoverse.
The two franchises closest to his heart
Bravo fans, we know you've been dying to ask. Cohen insists he doesn't have favorites, but he admitted to Page Six that two cities hold a special place.
"I will say New York and Atlanta have always been kind of close to my heart," he told Page Six in an exclusive interview.

Don't expect him to name a favorite Housewife, though. Page Six says he declined, explaining: "I have many favorites. The great thing about the show is that it really is an ensemble show and everyone plays their part, and someone can have a quiet season and then they come back and it's all about them. So, you just never know what's going to happen."
He summed it up in four words: "Real life is fascinating."

What really happens at the reunions
This is the part superfans will devour. Cohen says the book is basically an all-access pass to the reunion stage.
"The great thing about the book is I take you behind the scenes of pretty [much] every reunion show we've ever done," he told Page Six. "I share my insights about what I was thinking and what I went in thinking."
And yes, he says reunions can change everything. "There were reunions where we thought it was gonna be someone's last season and then they totally blew us away at the reunion," Cohen explained. "And there are reunions where someone came in, and we were, you know, thinking, oh, this is great. And then they wind up isolating everyone in the group or isolating themselves. So they really can determine a lot in terms of the future of the show."
He also pushed back on critics who say the shows reward conflict. "I think that's an over-generalization and that if the show was just only that, it wouldn't still be on the air in all these iterations," he told Page Six. "You know, it's funny, it can be about sisterhood."
The twist: the fan club goes all the way to the top
After two decades, the Bravo boss still "can't believe" how big it got, Page Six reports. And the outlet drops a detail that might surprise anyone who thinks "Housewives" is a guilty pleasure: Michelle Obama and Julia Roberts are both fans.
A former first lady and an Oscar winner in the Bravoverse fandom? That's a reunion seating chart we'd love to see.

Cohen told Page Six the franchise's success has had no drawbacks for him at all:
It's a gift.
"It's a gift," he said. "I mean, anyone would want to be a part of a franchise that has entertained so many people and means so much to people, especially in this day and age where, you know, people don't connect to, you know, programming in this way anymore."
