Simply Deep and "Dilemma"
During the group's hiatus she released her solo debut, Simply Deep (2002), which hit number one in the UK and sold more than five million copies. It included the Billboard Hot 100 number one "Dilemma," with Nelly, and the UK hits "Stole" and "Can't Nobody." She also acted in Freddy vs. Jason (2003) and The Seat Filler (2005).
Going solo, going dance
After Destiny's Child split in 2006, she released Ms. Kelly (2007), with "Like This" and "Work."
